Well, you’re not alone in this too-quick-for-her-climax intercourse. The “average” man makes about 50 thrusts before he ejaculates. For most women it takes approximately 10 minutes of active intercourse to reach orgasm.

Most common among younger men. Almost every man over fifty can tell you that he can last way longer today than when he was younger.

The thing is, when I say inexperience it does not mean that somebody who has had sex twice as often than you have is any less likely to premature ejaculate.

It is crucial to keep in mind that premature ejaculation is always treatable and even the most severe cases can be solved. You can control premature ejaculation. The most important thing is to keep your cool and address the problem immediately.

Generally, as time goes by without treatment, the problem becomes harder and harder to solve.

How to Stop Premature Ejaculation

Squeeze Technique to stop premature ejaculation

The woman takes her hand, and gently strokes her partner to the point of ejaculation. Then she takes his penis behind the glans, her thumb at the bottom of his penis, her first and second fingers at the top, exerting gentle pressure by squeezing to keep the erection in check.

The first and most important thing to learn is how to strengthen your pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle) or love muscle. This muscle is the major muscle of contraction in male and female orgasm. Strengthening the PC muscle helps to strengthen your erection and increase the sensations of your climax, which is very important in older years.

With medicines, such as serotonergic anti-depressants or SSRIs (Seroxat, Prozac, Cipramil, Zoloft, Duloxetine, Xeristar) the ejaculation can be delayed. This medication improves the transmittal of serotonin (a substance in the body) between two nerves and helpful in to stop premature ejaculation.

Some studies have revealed that low doses of antidepressants such as Anafronil, Prozac, and Zoloft have been effective in prolonging ejaculation by up to 5 - 10 minutes.

The easiest way to do this is by building strength in the muscles that control the ejaculation process.
